We understand that it can be extremely difficult to get through on the phone to order repeat medication. We have set up a new service which will now enable you to access this service online. We no longer provide the option of booking an appointment online.
Online prescriptions
To access this service you need to register for Patient Services.
There are several ways to do this:
1- Click on the following link, press the 'No' button and follow the instructions Register for online appointments.
You will be sent an e-mail to verify the account, this may go into your 'spam' folder.
To then access online prescribing services ask a member of staff to register you next time you are at the surgery.
OR
2-Ask any member of staff who will be able to give you a print out of the relevant activation codes or arrange for this to be e-mailed to you.
You will also receive an email from patient services explaining what to do (This may go into your 'spam' folder).
This will also allow you access to online prescriptions and appointments.
OR
3- Fill in the form using the link below and leave it at reception. Again this will allow you access to online prescriptions.

If you have previously set up an account and are unable to remember your username click the following link Username Recovery. Your username will be sent to you and then you can request your password.
Please ensure the name, date of birth and address you use to set up the account match those that the surgery have for you(this will be on your most recent prescription).
